As part of our commitment to serving fresh, high-quality food every day, we have introduced a daily production quota to help ensure we don't overstock. This allows us to prepare and serve the freshest products possible.

As a result, we have sold out for the evening and are now closed so we can restock and prepare for tomorrow. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We will reopen tomorrow at 12:00 PM and look forward to serving you again.

​After years of serving this neighborhood, we’ve reached a point where continuing business as usual is no longer an option. As demand has grown, we were faced with a tough reality: either change how we operate, or risk losing everything that made us special.
​Effective Monday August 3rd, the old way of doing things is officially over.
​We aren't shutting our doors—we are locking into pure quality with THE 25-STANDARD.
​Going forward, we will be capping our daily service to strictly 25 Masterpiece Orders per day. We could either speed up, compromise, and start mass-producing... or double down on the craft. We choose the craft.
​🔍 How The 25-Standard Works:
​25 Orders does not mean 25 Burgers: An "order" is your complete ticket! Whether your order is a single customized burger, or a full feast with multiple burgers, gourmet sides, and signature limeades, it counts as 1 Order. You still get to order everything you need for yourself or your crew.

​Hours & The Neon Signal 💡:
Our official service window opens at 12pm daily with a planned close at 10pm. As long as our neon OPEN sign is glowing, your slot is available.

​The Mic Drop ⬛:
The moment Order #25 leaves the kitchen, the neon light flips OFF—even if it’s hours ahead of our standard closing time. When the light goes dark, the vault locks for the day to prep for tomorrow’s perfection.
​First Come, First Served:
No complicated reservation forms or app queues. When the neon light hits, the daily race is on.
​We aren't doing this to limit you—we’re doing this because perfection takes time, and you deserve an absolute masterpiece every single time you pull up.
