Come join Uncle Tellis for the full Conch Experience. Bring your friends, family or large groups for a demonstration of the technique of pulling a live conch from it's shell. Tellis will show you the precision, give a background and understanding of conch on this island. Once it's prepared for a salad, firtters or a grille. Grab a cold beer or adult beverage and enjoy the harbour view. Large parties are welcome, please call ahead.
