Dinner at The Grill House at 23° North is the kind of meal you’ll still be thinking about on the flight home.

Fresh catch pulled creatively made, prime cuts grilled to perfection, and cocktails that taste like a Caribbean sunset should.

Inside or al fresco, with Emerald Bay as your backdrop…. The only thing on the agenda is lingering a little longer.

Barefoot at heart. Elevated at the table.

The Grill House at 23° North is where the laid-back rhythm of Exuma meets the finest flavors of the Caribbean — fresh catch of the day, premium cuts, and tropical cocktails served al fresco under the stars.

This is island dining, elevated.
