✨ Vorig jaar begon ons Tapi Tapi verhaal op Kerstmarkt Londerzeel: een klein stalletje, geleend gerief en gezonde zenuwen.

Dit jaar staan we er met trots opnieuw 🫶🏼 Maar nu met onze foodtruck, nóg lekkerdere tapioca’s én een kerstspecial!🎄

Oprecht dankbaar en we kunnen niet wachten om jullie weer te zien. Tot daar? 😋

🇧🇷✈️ From our food truck to the streets of Northeast Brazil 🌴🌊 We went full explorer mode to level up our tapioca game! 🔥

Did you know that when the Portuguese first arrived in Brazil, tapioca was already part of daily life and even mentioned in their first letter as a nourishing superfood? 🌱✨

In the Northeast, where tapioca was born, it’s EVERYWHERE: street corners, tiny food stalls, beach bars… and tapioca is even made on a BBQ, the true Brazilian way 🔥😎

And of course, it wasn’t just about food. We enjoyed sunny beaches, fresh fruit, curious monkeys 🐒 and Carnaval vibes 🎭💃

Now we’re back home, cooking tapioca with all the tips & tricks we learned straight from Brazil, and we can’t wait to serve it to you 🇧🇷💥
