It is a high quality coffee that is sold usually in specific roasteries- where it can be sold through wholesale and restaurants. This product is different from the “regular” coffee, because it has to be Arabica coffee, the less bitter specie of coffee. The process to be able to called “specialty coffee” goes from processing, roasting all the way to the barista that will make the coffee.
