Ever tried Tsukemen? 🍜⁣

A variation of ramen, where noodles and a concentrated dipping broth are served separately. Our version is a concentrated blend of chicken soup and kombu niboshi dashi served hot, paired with our housemade chilled thick noodles — chewy, bouncy, and designed to hold that flavour in every slurp.⁣
⁣
How to enjoy it:⁣
1. grab a small portion of noodles with chopsticks ⁣
2. dip the noodles halfway into the soup (submerging a large amount of noodles will cool the soup too quickly and alter the taste and overall experience)⁣
3. slurp directly from the bowl⁣
4. ask us to dilute the leftover soup with dashi and savour every drop
