CHEF TAKEOVER AT THE WORLD NATIONAL & ASIA TAPAS COMPETITION 🔥

The journey from initial ideation to the final presentation on the competition stage was a meticulous process of creativity and refinement. Every element of our chefs’ dishes was thoughtfully developed and executed by them; from concept development, ingredient selection, flavour pairing, and cooking techniques to the final plating and finishing touches. With each creation reflecting their individuality, creativity, and passion for the craft.

Chef Faizal and Chef Syahara represented RBC with professionalism, creativity, and commitment. Their continued efforts to push boundaries and showcase their culinary expertise are greatly appreciated and remain an inspiration to the team. Competing on an international platform is a valuable opportunity, and we recognise the extensive preparation required to bring these concepts to life.
