Following last week’s sneak peek of our Seafood Laksa, our Chef presents another taste of the season — Pan-Seared Chilean Sea Bass, served with silky lemon-butter turnip purée, broccolini peperonata, saffron foam and tender pea shoots.

Fresh seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully sourced and chef-curated for winter.
