Students at Talents Restaurant work at every station in our restaurant kitchens as part of their rigorous 2-year educational program. The talented students are overseen by Executive Chef and Head Chef Instructor Robin Villarreal. Chef Robin is originally from Mexico and a graduate of the renowned French culinary institute Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. Our Maître’D Rusi Rusev has gained his experience not only in Europe, but in USA as well.
Private dining as well as outside dining is offered at Talents.
