Students at Talents Restaurant work at every station in our restaurant kitchens as part of their rigorous 2-year educational program. The talented students are overseen by Executive Chef and Head Chef Instructor Robin Villarreal. Chef Robin is originally from Mexico and a graduate of the renowned French culinary institute Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. Our Maître’D Rusi Rusev has gained his experience not only in Europe, but in USA as well.

Private dining as well as outside dining is offered at Talents.

HRC Culinary Academy was founded in 2008 and hosts more than 100 full time culinary students from over 15 countries. The Academy’s innovative curriculum is fully taught in English by acclaimed international chef instructors.

Talents feature private dining options from our intimate Chefs Table to up to approximately 100 guests. Our private dining room includes a separate bar, and audio visual equipment can be offered if desired. At Talents you can also hold various business events, seminars and demonstrations.
