From August 22nd, Bonefire is taking a short summer break. After a long season around the fire, evenings in the garden, meat from the ranch, good w**e and countless tables shared with friends & family, it’s time to let the embers rest for a little while.

We’re giving ourselves and the garden a few quiet days before coming back for those long September evenings we love so much.

We reopen on September 2nd — the fire will be back on, the w**e will be cold, and there’ll be a place waiting for you around the table.

Заменяме декемврийските подаръци с януарски и влизаме в ролята на леко закъснял Дядо Коледа за всички наши любими гости на Bonefire.

Заедно с Омая Ранч решихме, че през януари и февруари – когато всички се чудят в каква валута да плащат – в Bonefire ще направим нещо нечувано за България. Пускаме Dallas steak на изключителна цена. Просто защото сме благодарни, че превръщате нашето малко пространство за добра храна в истински дом.

Това е cut с изразена мраморизация, който носи плътност, сочност и дълбок аромат. Изрязан от рибай частта на телето.
Костта оставяме нарочно – не за визия, а за допълнителен вкус.

Преди да докосне огъня, го намазваме нежно със зехтин – не за блясък, а за да запечата вкуса. Печем бавно. Сол. Пипер. Време.

This year, we managed to establish a tradition with our signature Thursday Burgers. It began as a summer fling, but half a year later it has clearly become part of our DNA.

We promise to keep it going in the new year.

We’re also planning a lot of new activities — Bonefire parties, From A to Bone chef’s table with Omaia Younis, and many more amazing things coming in 2026.

We’ll leave you here with some of our Thursday Burgers pictures to keep you warm until January 3rd.

This Thursday, we’re dropping a special edition burger that’s all crunch, all flavor, and all Bonefire DNA.

Two years of fiery love, loud laughter, full souls, and fire-kissed memories in our humble meat sanctuary.

What started as a dream, rooted in the traditions of the Younis family and our unapologetic love for real, honest food has become a home for all the food lovers in Sofia. A sanctuary for all who speak the language of flavor, fire, and family.

To everyone who will come Friday (and every other day): thank you for making Bonefire what it is. You are not just our guests.
You are the flame.
You a family.
You are burning bright.

Джун и Рене отново ще превземат кухнята на Bonefire, за да си чуруликат, да ни омажат в най - страшни вкусотии и да ни научат, как вкусовете хармонират дори и в най - неочакваните комбинации. Открехваме леко завесата с брутален пита бургер с трюфел майо, пита мергез със салса верде и кус кус салата, ливански кюфтенца с кисело мляко и мента и един таен и потаен риб ай, който Джун ще извади магьоснически в последният момент от шапката си на Никс.
