Our story
We created Torro Premio with love and respect for the quality food! Here you will find both modern interpretations of Bulgarian classic recipes and various inspirations from the infinite ocean of the world culinary. Particular attention in our menu are the dishes prepared at the Mibrasa BBQ. The combination of the Spanish passion that created Mibrasa technology and the Argentine tradition of charcoal production gives the food a palette of fragrance, rich and specific smoky taste and crystal caramel crust.
