This coffee is from Ethiopia, more specifically the Guji region. 🇪🇹
This little beauty is named Shoondhisa.
Process: natural
Taste: bergamot, strawberry and jammy
If that speaks to you, come taste it!

Cette petite merveille s’appelle Shoondhisa.

Join us on September 10th from 6:30 to 8:30pm for a ceramic painting workshop in collaboration with Café Modelé | Papote, Détente & DIY Peinture sur Céramique. Come paint your very own matcha bowl, in good company, at your favourite café. 🍵
Included in the workshop:
- A homemade lemonade or iced tea 🍋
- A savoury roll
- Your bowl and the painting, of course
Your finished piece will be ready to pick up one month after the workshop. ✨

New single! ☕

Meet our new coffee on the second grinder: Rodrigo Valencia, straight from Colombia. 🇨🇴
Anaerobic pink bourbon with notes of lemongrass, raspberry, lime and coconut water.
Honestly, it caught us off guard. The kind of coffee you taste and just look at each other like… what is that?

Sur le deuxième moulin en ce moment : Rodrigo Valencia, tout droit de Colombie. 🇨🇴
Pink bourbon anaérobique aux notes de citronnelle, framboise, citron vert et eau de coco. Honnêtement, il nous a surpris. Le genre de café qu’on goûte et où on se regarde… c’est quoi ça ?
