our doors are currently closed for our annual summer pause — a moment to slow down, to savour the last long days of the season, and to find inspiration beyond our Maison.

we return on 4 September, just as summer begins to soften into a new season. rested, inspired, with new flavours and a few novelties waiting to be unveiled…

but for now, la Maison se repose.
