Introducing - Piña Colada
Part of The Mocktail Collection

Pineapple and coconut are a match made in heaven. It’s extraordinary how well these two ingredients complement eachother so it was a given to take the soul of the famous Piña Colada and transfer it into a doughnut.

Brioche filled with a coconut-pineapple custard, dipped generously in a pineapple glaze, finished with a ring of desiccated coconut and three dots of pineapple.

Introducing - Virgin Mojito

Arguably the most famous cocktail on the market today, the (virgin) mojito is enjoyed for its excellent refreshing abilities, made possible by the freshly squeezed limes and fragrant aroma of the mint leaves. If we were to include just one mocktail in our collection, it had to be this one.

Our brioche is filled with a zesty lime curd and dipped in a mint ganache. We finish it off with a dust of limu Omani for an added smoky and sour dimension.

Introducing - Clover Club

There is no doughnut on earth that represents the world famous “Clover Club” cocktail better than ours. It starts with a soft raspberry brioche and it’s filled it with a gin*-raspberry jam, we then rolled the doughnut in some raspberry sugar and finished it off with three dots of torched Italian meringue

Introducing - Orange & Cardemom (ve)

NL - Vegan brioche doughnut gevuld met een luchtige kardedom crème diplomat dat zit op een bed van een sinaasappelmarmelade. De doughnut wordt gecoat in kristalsuiker gearomatiseerd met zeste van een appelsien. Ten slotte wordt de doughnut afgewerkt met gekonfijte appelsienschilletjes. Kardemom heeft een frisse, citrusachtige en florale smaakprofiel, wat de scherpte van de appelsien perfect complementeert.

NL - Vegan brioche doughnut gevuld met een homemade frambozenpuree die omringd is door een zachte kokos créme patissier. De doughnut wordt dan gedipt in een intense frambozenglazuur en afgewerkt met geroosterde kokosschilfers en crunchy gevriesdroogde frambozen.

EN - Vegan brioche doughnut filled with a homemade raspberry puree that is surrounded with a soft and creamy coconut crème patissier. The doughnut is then dipped in an intense raspberry glaze. We finish it with roasted coconut flakes and crunchy freeze-dried raspberries.

NL - Vegan brioche doughnut gevuld met een avocadomousse en smeuïge stukjes avocado besprenkeld met druppeltjes citroen. De doughnut is overgoten met een avocado glazuur en afgewerkt met structuren van walnoot. Wie zei dat avocado enkel voor op toast is?

EN - Vegan brioche doughnut filled with an avocadomousse and chopped, creamy avocado that has been splashed with drops of lemon. The doughnut is dipped in an avocado glaze and finished with textures of walnut.

Introducing - Ginger Truffle

NL - We hebben van een heerlijke gember truffel een doughnut gemaakt. Deze doughnut is gevuld met een gember-chocolade ganache. Hij is daarna gedipt in een pure chocolade ganache met vers geraspte gember, afgewerkt met gekonfijte stukje gember en een cacaopoeder.
