This year, we were happy to stay home—as WOC came to us. Though, with this weather, World of Coffee Brussels 2026 almost felt like Milan again.

We cupped lots of great coffees, including fresh-crop Burundi and Rwanda from our partners , wonderful washed Colombians from .specialty, and, of course, a few COE gems. We also attended several workshops and lectures (never stop learning!) and hunted down a new grinder for one of our clients, as well as a labeling machine for ourselves.

Roman .m.roast was brewing Rwanda Kigoma on the magical espresso machine together with and .

Three days full of joy, coffee, and friends. Cuppings, championships, workshops, meetings—it was a blast!
