PIOVONO POLPETTE!!! 🧆🧆🧆

One of my favorite memories about my childhood is, for sure, waking up on a Sunday morning with the smell of "polpette al sugo" coming out of the kitchen. The feeling of waking up without an alarm, stepping out of the bed, walking to the kitchen stealing one polpetta from the pot with my mum screaming "it's not lunch time yet Melania"!!

Aaah... Good old times!

As of tomorrow you can come and try Polpette at my food truck with or without tomato sauce.
Don't forget *The first polpetta is for free* 😋

Wat is Panzerotto? ❤️🥟

Panzerotto is typisch streetfood uit Puglia, een regio in zuid Italië.
Het is een opgevouwen deegwaren product, dat wordt gebakken in olie.

Buon appetito! 😋
