Bones, bow tie & a top hat. Don Calavera’s got the look 😎✨"

Behind every camera-shy teammate… there’s a Pablo 😄

Meet Doña Catrina 💀🎩✨ the eternal lady of style, watching over our fiestas forever.

This is Carmina. One of our amazing chefs and the queen of guacamole 🥑✨. She’s a true Mexican soul, always laughing, always bringing good vibes to the kitchen 💛. With a talent for recognizing flavors like no one else 👩🍳 she makes sure every dish hits just right. And trust us… if you’ve tried our guacamole, you’ve tasted her magic. 🌮😋

From the first flame 🔥 to that golden, caramelized crust ✨… our crème brûlée is pure theatre. Break through the crunchy top and you’ll find a silky custard infused with hints of orange 🍊, cinnamon 🌿, real vanilla bean 🌼, and a cheeky splash of tequila 🍹. It’s rich, it’s fragrant, and it’s the sweetest way to end your night 💛🍮

New coffee alert 🚨☕ We’ve teamed up with BOO! Modern Coffee Co. to bring you Moonlight, a dark roast with sweet notes of dark chocolate 🍫, speculoos 🍪, and brown sugar 🍯. Smooth, creamy, and dangerously good… don’t say we didn’t warn you 😉🔥

Meet Baptist 😎 He joined our team to tackle the dish pit 🫧, but his curiosity (and sweet tooth 🍬) took him straight to the action. Now he’s plating takeaways 🍱, decorating desserts 🍮, and yes… giving our crème brûlées that perfect golden crunch 🔥. A true gentleman, a fast learner, and exactly the kind of teammate every restaurant dreams of 🙌

She’s been on the menu since ‘85 and she’s still the queen 👑 Combinación el Sombrero, forever a favorite. ❤️

Special request? Bring it on. 🌶️💪
Less spice, more spice, no cilantro, extra love. Our chefs got you. We make it your way, always. Just ask. 📝🍽️
