It all started that day… when I went all the way to Nakhon Pathom to meet Chef after he won MasterChef Thailand Season 6, and finally got to taste the dish he created for the final round.
(And yes… I can confirm once again ,it was soooo good and absolutely worthy of the title! 👏😆)
Who would have thought that after that day, our paths would cross again… this time in Belgium 🇧🇪
I started simply as someone who admired Chef , his passion for cooking, his creativity, and especially the way he brings forgotten Thai dishes and flavors back to life.
And somehow… I ended up becoming his “assistant chef for a day”
for “A Journey Through Royal Thai Tastes.” organized by Royal Thai Embassy Brussels
It was fun, chaotic, full of laughter… and in the end , Mission Complete! ✅🥰
On his last evening before flying back to Thailand, Chef chose to have his farewell dinner at BAAN SALI.
I don’t know whether all of this was coincidence or whether life had its own little plan…
But one thing I know for sure
this has been such a lovely chapter, and one I’ll remember for a very long time. 🤍
Maybe this is exactly what they mean when they say…
“Everything happens for a reason.”
