Sure, a Long List requires a lot of money and storage space but, to create a true sense of diversity, breadth and variety with only 200 choices demands massive creativity and insight. Our winner has a concise wine list that doesn’t sacrifice excitement or esteem by being short; instead, there are some stunning wines here, particularly from Burgundy.
