GOOD NEWS!
From tomorrow until August 31st we will be open from Wednesday until Sunday!
Reservations are recommended (especially if you would like to sit on the terrace) but we always have our lounge seats available for tapas only.
Just a heads up: we will be taking some time off too and will be closed from July 12th until July 20th.

It's Father's Day Weekend, and I'm "Coming in hot, honey"

Not like that, get your mind outta the gutter ๐Ÿ˜œ

Hot honey is all the rage these days back home in America, so you know I had to make a batch in my own style, AND put it on pizza ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ
I take quality honey, heat it slightly, then add Korean chili paste (Gochujang) and Italian chili flakes. In the right ratio to the honey, this combo makes for the perfect balance of SWEET HEAT โค๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Some of the highlights of our Brunch.. Homemade cinnamon rolls & Bacon-cheddar scones, top it off with American pancakes, breakfast sausages, scrambled eggs, croissants, yoghurt & fresh fruit and a mimosa to pair with it all.
We have a couple spots available for Mother's day brunch on Sunday May 10th at 10u! We close off all reservations on Thursday so if you want those last spots, be quick and reserve online! ;-)

Sometimes you get inspired to make something for yourself, and it's so damn tasty, that it has to become a menu item ๐Ÿ˜œ

That's the story behind the Flavor Bomb, our latest addition to our signature burger menu. Don't mind the amateur "in the moment" photos, as these were taken impromptu last Sunday night after service, as a response to a question from a fellow chef friend in California, , who asked, โ€What's the best recipe that you have on your menu right now or just your favorite dish overall?"
Realizing that I didn't know what I was going to eat that night for dinner, I decided to showcase the latest menu item, which I'm quite proud of, and needed to get some social media love anyway! So here it is:

Signature steak blend burger patty
Brioche bun, fried pickles & fig-onion jam .streetfood
2 slices Comtรฉ cheese
Crispy bacon
Tarragon & Truffle Mayo's
House-Pickled red onions

This is packed full of Umami and texture variations, and everything a quality burger should be ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿคค๐Ÿคค
