Sometimes you get inspired to make something for yourself, and it's so damn tasty, that it has to become a menu item ๐
That's the story behind the Flavor Bomb, our latest addition to our signature burger menu. Don't mind the amateur "in the moment" photos, as these were taken impromptu last Sunday night after service, as a response to a question from a fellow chef friend in California, , who asked, โWhat's the best recipe that you have on your menu right now or just your favorite dish overall?"
Realizing that I didn't know what I was going to eat that night for dinner, I decided to showcase the latest menu item, which I'm quite proud of, and needed to get some social media love anyway! So here it is:
Signature steak blend burger patty
Brioche bun, fried pickles & fig-onion jam .streetfood
2 slices Comtรฉ cheese
Crispy bacon
Tarragon & Truffle Mayo's
House-Pickled red onions
This is packed full of Umami and texture variations, and everything a quality burger should be ๐คค๐คค๐คค
