NO GLUTEN COCONUT WAFFLE

The waffle spam has not yet ended! 🧇
From TOMORROW 10/10 on, you can get a gluten free* waffle made with a bit of coconut flour.

Please be aware that I only have ONE waffle iron and so they are not suitable for those of you with celiac disease, but anyone with gluten and/or lactose intolerance can enjoy them.

*contains traces of gluten!

Late to the party, but here is the AGENDA for october & end of 2026.

Scoop shop will stay open until OCTOBER 31st (incl.).
After that, gelato will still be available through order via website only.

BACK IN BUSINESS AND HOW!

Starting from today, you can order fresh Liegeois waffles on the go!

For now it’s just plain waffles, but soon you’ll be able to add extras (like gelato or whipped cream).

MILK CHOCOLATE - PRETZEL

Years ago, a friend asked me to make an ice cream based on milk chocolate covered pretzels that she loced. Today I made a new version of the same idea:
Milk chocolate gelato with crunchy and salty milk chocolate covered pretzels.

Available in scoop as of today!

RÓKA X BREAD BAZAR

We are launching a new collab on AUGUST 1st 🎉

Every weekend of august you will find gelato served in a mini Pompe-à-huile (“vegan brioche”) ánd Pain-au-chocolat-gelato Mieke Vandensande. At the same time, BREAD BAZAR BXL will be serving Róka’s gelato in a delishiously fresh croissant.

Two stops to go and find the best mix between artisanal pastries and gelato.
