A restaurant is never just the people behind it.
It’s everyone who walks through the door, pulls up a chair and becomes part of the story.

So this one is for our team, our guests, our suppliers, our friends and everyone who believed in DAPPER. from day one.

A special thank you to KAA Gent for giving DAPPER. such a unique home and, to Sam Baro for the trust and support from the very beginning.
