Hey People’s!! This months special is another big hitter coming at ya. Our “Big Chicken Katsu” we start with bio corn feed chicken then we marinate it in shio koji with some choice spices , we batter it and fry it to golden umami goodness. We top it with our fermented bean curd (Fu-Ru) mayo and cilantro and spring onions!
