We just discovered something that may upset a lot of vegans.. until this day, there’s no proof that the original Aperol is vegan. It’s unclear (the company says that they use gelatine in the filtering process).

We received a lot of questions about this sign and want to reassure you, the pizzeria stays (for the moment I guess 😅). The owner only sales the place.

And I’d love to buy it yep… but I can’t put the required amount upfront even if we could pay the mortgage.

I was doubting about starting a crowdfunding campaign to try to buy it but it’s a big amount.. it seems kind of unreachable.. so I don’t know 🙃

Our 4 cheese pizza has become a classic one here our spot in Gent! And it evolved with time, getting better and better!
