Inspired by the freshness and precision of sushi, we gave one of our favourite vegetables a little Epiphany twist.

Tender leek takes the lead, paired with smooth mango cream for a touch of sweetness and brightness. Simple ingredients, played with differently, until something unexpected appears on the plate.

Our Sea Bass Carpaccio is shaped petal by petal, turning delicate slices of fresh sea bass into a rose before it ever reaches the table.

Before the second location, before the private rooms, before any of it, there was this room. Deep blue walls, warm candle light and a mood that felt like nowhere else in the city. This is where the whole idea of Epiphany's Kitchen first took shape, and it's still where we welcome most of you today, in both Ghent and Antwerp.

One table. Two ways to fall in love with Vitello. 🩵
Our plant-forward interpretation: celeriac carpaccio, chickpea tonnato cream, built with the same technique and the same respect as the original. And beside it, our classic Vitello Tonnato, thinly sliced veal, capers and a silky tuna sauce, made exactly the way it should be.
