Today, we’re shining the spotlight on our chef in Ghent, Pavel. Here are 3 things we asked him:

— 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧’𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭?
If I have to choose one ingredient I can’t live without, it would be onions. They are the base of so many dishes and always bring depth and flavour to the plate.

— 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐛?
My favourite part is when guests pass by the restaurant and you see them smile. Seeing how happy they are makes all the hard work worth it.
