Cafetaria

Cafetaria is a collaboration between four young chefs. Cafetaria is reviving cantine food. Cafetaria is where vegetables play the main character.

Serving food from wednesday till sunday in the monastery kitchen of Theresia, Gent.

Next sunday the 3th of July .u.i.t.a.p.e.n.a is taking over our kitchen. On the menu:

- Guacamole with sourdough bread.

- Tamale: steamed maisbite with cheese, spicy tomato sauce, pickled radish, coriander and jalapeño.

- Taco trio: vege cochinita, onion, coriander and salsa verde.

- Enfrijoladas: tortilla with black bean creme, white cheese, onion, coriander and salsa macha.

- Dessert: paleta, rhubarb ice on a stick.
