With warmth in our hearts and gratitude in every breath, we want to honor you and your life’s work – Zorba de Griek. It was never just a restaurant. It was a second home, a place where laughter and conversation flowed as freely as the Bacardi , where every meal was made with love, and every visit felt like coming home to family.
You were more than the founder – you were the heart.
The generous father, the dependable brother, the loyal friend, the passionate chef, and the joyful bartender. Always with a smile, always ready to listen, always there when someone needed you. You brought warmth and comfort, and you created memories that will live on in us forever.
