Our doors are officially open, and we couldn’t be more excited to finally be in Bruges. Come by, grab a bowl, and let’s make some ramen memories. See you at Simon Stevinplein! 👀

Hot. Steamy. Slurp-worthy.

The kind of bowl that fogs up your glasses and makes you forget about everything else for a minute.

That’s ramen weather.

Watch your ramen come to life.

Broth in. Noodles down. Toppings on.
And suddenly, it all makes sense.

18/09/2026

You guessed it... Bruges, we’re coming for you!

Umamido Bruges opens on 25 September! See you there?

Good ingredients. No shortcuts. 🍜

Our Toridon brings together crispy karaage, a perfect egg, crunchy vegetables and spicy mayo over fluffy rice.

Nothing unnecessary. Just the good stuff.

When the group orders different bites and the rotation begins.

We care. A lot.

About where our ingredients come from.
About what ends up in your bowl.
About using what we have, not wasting what we don’t.

Because to us, care is an ingredient too.

Never skip a ramen night with your friends. Deal?
