Meet chef Giorgos– The Heart of Crete in Belgium. Born and raised on the beautiful island of Crete, Giorgio is a 39-year-old Greek chef with a passion for authentic Greek cuisine. For the past five years, he has been living in Belgium, sharing the true flavors of Greece with the Belgian people.

Every dish is prepared with traditional recipes, fresh ingredients, and the warm hospitality that makes Greek cuisine so special. Meet Ilias - Young, passionate, and dedicated, 24-year-old Ilias is our manager with almost 10 years of hospitality experience. Thanks to his Greek heritage and love for great service, he makes sure every guest enjoys not only delicious food but also a warm and unforgettable experience.
