Parce que Hai Thu Dao qui ouvre ce endroit est Hanoienne. Elle a vécu à Hanoi vingt-neuf ans avant de se marier avec un belge et de venir vivre en Belgique. Toute sa famille vit toujours à Hà Nôi , capitale du Viêt Nam, située au nord du pays.
