ＭＥＥＴＳＹＬＶＩＡ 🐟

Sunshine soul. Tremendous energy. Sylvia. 🖤

--------------

A ray of sunshine behind the bar, always smiling and somehow powered by an endless supply of good vibes.

But don’t let the sunshine fool you: Sylvia is also a total powerhouse — ridiculously efficient, hard-working as hell, and an absolute beast when service kicks off. ⚡️(but also with a tender heart ❤️)

Always smiling. Always moving. Always ready to send it.

Sunshine soul. Tremendous energy. Sylvia. 🖤

Tropical. Fumé. Légèrement épicé. Un peu sauvage.

Tropical par nature, sauvage par choix. 🌴🌽

A tropical cocktail with a Mexican attitude 🔥

A wild blend of Planteray Stiggins’ Fancy, Angostura 3Y, Paranubes & El Amparo, wrapped in coconut & corn cream, pineapple and Mexican Mole bitters.

Tropical. Smoky. Slightly spicy. A little dirty.

Not your Piña Colada.
Sancho came for the tropics. Stayed for the rum. 🌴🌽

Welcome to the hunt. 💣

La Panthère is our collaboration with the madly creative minds from

A Paloma-inspired Sour bursting with grapefruit, lifted by a pinch of salt, a whisper of habanero, and only 4.7% ABV. Bright, tart and dangerously refreshing, with just enough bite to leave a mark.

Smooth on the prowl.
Wild on the finish.

Welcome to the hunt. 💣

ＢＬＯＯＤＹＬＡＲＹ 🍅

Sauvage. Salin. Fermenté.
Un cocktail qui ne fait aucun compromis.

Welcome to the dark side of brunch. 🖤💣

------‐-----------------‐-

Forget everything you know about Bloody Marys!

Bloody Lary takes a darker road.

Grey Goose vodka infused with kombu, katsuobushi, shiitake and celery delivers a deep umami backbone.
Lacto-fermented cherry tomato juice brings vibrant complexity, while shoyu, sake, rice vinegar, acid solution and a touch of sriracha strike the perfect balance.

Savory. Fermented. Unapologetic.
Not your Sunday brunch cocktail.
Your new obsession. 🖤💣

🆃🆁🅾🅿🅸🅲🅰🅻 🆆🅴🅴🅺 🦕
From the 20th of May till the 27th, join us to celebrate this international event 🌴

Too much rum.
Too much heat.
Not enough bad decisions.

This week, these 3 cocktails will be available :
AMYL🍸 - JUNGLE FROG 🐸 - ROCCO LOCO 🥥

Shaken somewhere between a tiki bar, a garage band rehearsal, and a fever dream from 1973...

Built with Planteray Rum and questionable intentions. 🐊
