Still reminiscing about these two unforgettable days at the Brussels Bar Show, March 30 and 31✨
First and foremost, a heartfelt thank you to those who stood by us and brought their energy behind the bar : Herbert, Boup and Edouard. Your support truly meant everything. 🙏
To everyone who came to see us, shared a moment, a drink, or simply your curiosity : thank you. And a special thank you to those who joined our workshop on Cantillon beers, and experienced the tasting we were so proud to present : while one of the masterpieces was the Y12 Trinidad, a 16 month lambic aged for 8 months in a Trinidad rum barrel (yup).

The Cream Booth represented by .ran.brugge and was our playground: showing off each representation and creations of : rice, butter, and barley.

Grateful, inspired, and already looking forward to what’s next 🤍
