How was your weekend? Ours was amazing, we went for a long weekend to Copenhagen & Malmö. Find inspiration in some amazing spots in Copenhagen and saw are beloved ex chef Sofie in Malmö in the fantastic restaurant Solidar. There was a bittersweet taste however; it was the last workweek of Pieter after 5 years. But don’t worry Thomas will take good care of you!
