Meet Olivier, the story behind Olivio Piadineria 🇮🇹

Four years ago, Olivier decided to leave office life behind and turn a childhood memory into his own project in Brussels.

For him, the piadina brings him back to summers in Italy, eating this simple, fresh and delicious speciality by the beach. Originally from Emilia-Romagna, piadina is a traditional Italian flatbread, served warm or cold and filled with cured meats, cheeses and fresh vegetables.

Growing up around his father’s restaurant, Olivier always had a connection with hospitality. Eventually, he decided it was time to follow that passion and create a place of his own.

And that’s how Olivio Piadineria was born. ❤️🇮🇹
