Altin Mero expresses a cuisine shaped by Mediterranean roots, Scandinavian purity and refined Asian influences. A style defined by contrast, clarity and a deep respect for seasonality.

Born in Albania and raised in Greece, his journey through some of the world’s most demanding kitchens led him to a philosophy grounded in seasonality. Ingredients lead, instinct follows.
