Het is zover: op 6 maart organiseren we de allereerste Tummie Lunch! Chefs en sommeliers uit België en Nederland die voor de voorbije Tummie-Magazines een artikel schreven, duiken nu de keuken in om samen een menu op tafel te zetten.

Het menu is opgebouwd volgens de thema’s van de Tummie-magazines. Verwacht je dus aan iets met schelpen, iets heets én een antwoord op de aloude vraag: de kip of het ei?

Schuif aan tafel bij restaurant Lux in Rotterdam en proef de gerechten van Milan Gataric, Emiel Redant, Magali Verbaet en Jonathan Sparber. De wijnen worden geselecteerd door Wouter De Bakker van Terrovin.
