Hidden within Tivoli Gardens stands the historic Japanese Pagoda, a setting that each year welcomes a selection of Michelin-starred restaurants from around the world.

This autumn, Zilte*** becomes part of this tradition.

From 2 October until 1 November, Chef Viki Geunes and the Zilte team will take residence in Copenhagen.

We look forward to welcoming guests in this remarkable setting, and to bringing the Zilte experience to a place with its own history, atmosphere and rhythm.

Following Chef Viki Geunes’ recent visit to Rutz*** in Berlin, Marco Müller now joins him at Zilte*** for an Exquis Four Hands lunch on Sunday June 7th.

Müller's adventurous spirit has never wavered from a single conviction: that innovation and sustainability are not opposites, but partners. An encounter between two chefs who share an uncompromising commitment to intentional sourcing.

For one afternoon, both kitchens meet in an eight-course tasting menu, preceded by amuse-bouches and accompanied by a carefully selected wine pairing.
