The end of a chapter, but not the end of our story.

Yesterday evening, as the final plates left our kitchen and the last glasses were filled, we closed the doors of Dim Dining for the very last time.

What began as an ambitious project at the Vrijdagmarkt has grown into a place we look back on with immense pride. Maintaining this level over the years was only possible because of the trust our guests placed in us. Your presence gave meaning to our work and colour to our evenings.

Every member of our staff has their own path and is moving forward to pursue individual ambitions and new challenges.

We want to thank everyone who has been part of this period: our guests, our partners, and everyone who supported our vision of the kitchen. It has been an honour to host you and to create these memories together.

Thank you for the beautiful years.

As March has begun, we find ourselves with mixed emotions. After nearly 10 years of passion, flavors, and memories, DIM Dining will be closing its doors for the last time on March 28th.
