🔥 Save the date! 🔥 27 April 2026 - Jakub & Piotrek take over Soixante with a taste of Poland. Two chefs. One fire. Big Polish vibes.

For one day only, Piotrek is coming all the way from Warsaw to cook a Polish menu together (see photo 2).

Piotrek is the head chef at where everything is driven by open fire. Oysters, vegetables, fish, meat - nothing escapes the flame. Fire is at the core of his cooking.

So… what do you actually know about Polish cuisine?

Polish wine in the house 🇵🇱

Let me introduce you to Dom Bliskowice - a Polish vineyard established in 2009 on the sun-exposed slopes overlooking the Vistula River. This unique terroir - limestone soils and the natural climate protection of the river creates perfect conditions for exceptional grapes.

Here, it’s all about quality over quantity. Small batches, carefully selected grapes, minimal intervention, and deep respect for nature allow each wine to reflect its origin and character.

We’ve already received some great feedback on the Riesling and Johanniter - especially the Johanniter, which pairs beautifully with pierogi. A Polish match made in heaven🟠
