We have named our brand as Gada, with respect for all the Mediterranean cultures that have given us this unique taste. And as a brand passionate about pizza, we embarked on a culinary journey to put our

stamp on this culture. We started rolling our dough with the excitement of the unique recipes we developed with years of experience for pizza lovers. We enriched our pizza with the local flavours of each region where we are located. But we have also taken great care to protect the original shape of this unique product. The pizza has gone through a centuries-long journey before acquiring this unique shape. The flat breads made from wheat, a gift to mankind from ancient Anatolia, were the first steps on this journey. In some cultures, these breads were baked in ovens, in others on flat stones and flavoured with olive oil which is the wonder of the Mediterranean. Some put cheese on top, others added thyme, and still others honey to enrich the flavour. In some cultures, this unique flavour is called pita, in others pide. But regardless of its name, pizza has become the common flavour of ancient Mediterranean cultures. It was developed, perfected and finalized over the centuries in Italy. It was an inspiration for the Italian flag. With the red of its' tomato, the white of its' mozzarella and the green of its' basil. The world journey of the pizza began with the Italian immigrants and in a short time it conquered the whole world with its taste. As Gada Pizza, we are a brand passionate about this flavour that conquers our hearts and palates. Our greatest ambition is to be indispensable for taste lovers like us, leaving a unique taste on the palate of those who once experienced our pizza.
