We made an awesome chili sauce, guys! 🌶️

We used up all the super nice, ripe nectarines & peaches we had from the summer, sourced from The Food Hub along with a whole lot of habanero chilies via Volle Grond

Lots more beautiful, fresh chilies are coming in now via Herdershof so we’ll be making some other variations in the future.

It’s quite HOT, but FRUITY as well! 🔥🍑

We tested it on our staff breakfast buns with a fried egg and our bacon… oh gosh, it was GOOOOD!

Sunny Labour Day (weekend) ahead, folks! ☀️

For those who aren’t heading out of town for the long weekend… we’ve got our lovely space ready for you to hang out, eat, love, and laugh.

Everyone is welcome - kids, dogs, and all other family members too!

We’ll be sharing the menu soon.

You can reserve a table or just drop by!

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS MEAN STOKED BRUNCHES! 🍳

May is known for its many public holidays, so we will be treating ya’ll to NZ style brunch vibes.

Each menu will be slightly different, but never egg-less nor without gorgeous sourdough breads & brioches… avocados are already ripening and house-made hot sauces are being prepared for full enjoyment. Our soft serve ice cream machine will be pumping out gorgeous Madagascar vanilla goodness, with all the seasonal toppings 🍨

Coffee, seasonal lemonades, rhubarb spritzes & Bloody Marys will be flowing like water from the tap.

📝 Bookings are recommended, but not a must.
Benches will be kept for walk ins.
Larger groups - feel free to give us a heads-up 😉.
