Fudgy Chocolate Brownie Recipe (Bakery Style)
Yield: 9–12 brownies (8×8 inch pan)
Ingredients
* Dark chocolate – 200 g
* Unsalted butter – 150 g
* Brown sugar – 180 g
* Caster sugar – 70 g
* Eggs – 3 large
* Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
* All-purpose flour – 90 g
* Cocoa powder – 30 g
* Salt – ¼ tsp
* Chocolate chips/chunks – 80–100 g (optional)
Method
1. Preheat oven to 170°C. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate together. Let cool slightly.
3. Whisk the eggs, brown sugar, caster sugar, and vanilla for 3–4 minutes until thick and glossy.
4. Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the eggs.
5. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold gently into the batter.
6. Add chocolate chips if using.
7. Pour into the prepared pan and level the top.
8. Bake for 28–35 minutes. The edges should be set while the center remains slightly soft.
9. Cool completely, then chill for 1–2 hours before cutting for clean, fudgy slices.
Chocolate Sauce
* Dark chocolate – 100 g
* Fresh cream – 100 ml
* Butter – 10 g
Heat the cream until just simmering, pour over the chocolate, wait 1 minute, stir smooth, then add the butter.

* Cocoa powder dusting
* Fresh mint leaves
* A few chocolate pearls or coffee beans for garnish
