Job Responsibilities
- Prepare Interior/ Architectural Design Concept, plan, elevation, Detail working drawing, 3D Visualization and Cost Estimation.

- Drawings & Design related all Responsibility.

- Works with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed.

- Collaborates with architects, engineers to further understand how interior space should function, appear, and be furnished.

- Orders or obtains necessary materials, adhering to project and budget specifications.

- Oversees the installation of materials, furniture, and other design elements.

- Ensures client satisfaction by visiting the project on completion with the client; resolves any complaints or concerns.

- Maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design.

- Sound Knowledge in Modern Design & Drawing and capable of doing intensive case study.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor of Architecture from any reputed Institute.

Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 year(s)

- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3d Visualization, Drafting, Interior Design, Exterior Design.

Additional Requirements
- Only males are allowed to apply

- Skills Required: Autocad, 3DS Max/SketchUp, Vray/corona/lumion render.

- Excellent Communicational and organizational skills

- Ability to work under pressure
