|THE JOURNEY FROM THE KITCHEN TO THE TABLE|

Food is a passionate affair in our household, it’s an expression of art, a story. Since me and my brother were kids, our favorite pass time besides wrestling with each other was playing master chef. Our mom who is a world class chef, always cooked a lot of food at home. As a result our kitchen was always busy and we were lucky to have a very diverse pan

try. The first pizzas me and my big brother used to make was out of slices of bread, ketchup, American cheese slices and hot dogs. It might sound horrible, but trust me it meant the world to us. So mom, watching us cook make believe pizza wanted to make the real deal. I am talking about some 15years ago, when pizza was not even a thing in Bangladesh. It was time for some research, one of our uncle was just starting his first Pizza Restaurant in USA and he was in town, so mom sat down with him and got the basic idea how he was making pizzas at his restaurant, and being the magician of a chef she was, she had a vision to make a better version of any pizza ever made. We already had an oven, so all we needed was to figure out the dough. Our first few batch of dough was sub par, but with more trial we figured out the magical recipe to make the best dough ever. Over the years the pizza just got better as we tweaked the sauce, the toppings and the recipe of the dough. My moms pizza was the most sought after food among friends and family . She makes a lot of great food, but pizza was a Western thing, out of the reach of a lot of people, but to us, it was regular thing. Now you can get pizzas everywhere, at most places it is just a version of the real thing. But no one does the kind of food we are used to having at our home. So I decided that it was time to start a gastronomic revolution in Bangaldesh. Through Rannaghor i plan on sharing not just Pizza, we will do calzones and eventually a lot of other exciting dishes, which is locally sourced, farm to fork, fresh ingredients and above all, at a very reasonable price. The best part, we will deliver right to your doorstep. The great food revolution of Bangladesh is coming, Like and follow our page and become a part of the biggest gastronomic journey of your life.

আজকের আবহাওয়া ছিল বেশ চ্যালেঞ্জিং, কিন্তু আমাদের কাছে কাস্টমারের সন্তুষ্টিই আগে। ৩য় বারের মতো অর্ডার করা সম্মানিত ক্লায়েন্টের কাছে পিৎজা পাঠালাম সর্বোচ্চ নিরাপত্তা দিয়ে। বৃষ্টির ঠিক আগমুহূর্তে পিৎজা পৌঁছালো আর ফিরতি মেসেজে এলো একরাশ প্রশংসা। আমাদের পিৎজার ফ্যান হওয়ার জন্য ধন্যবাদ‼️
