THE FIRST WALK AFTER A C-SECTION… THIS IS THE PART NOBODY CAN PREPARE YOU FOR. 😭

You finally try to stand… and suddenly your entire body is shaking.

Your incision burns.
Your stomach feels like it’s being pulled apart.
Your legs feel weak.
Even standing upright feels impossible.

One hand protects your belly.
The other is gripping the bed, your partner anything strong enough to hold you.

Then they tell you to walk.

One step.

Tiny. Slow. Painful.

Your body is screaming STOP, but they’re telling you to keep moving.

So you breathe.
You shake.
You fight back the tears.
And somehow… you take another step.

Not because the pain disappeared.

But because hours after being cut open and bringing a whole human into this world, Mama is already being asked to find strength she didn’t even know she had.

C-SECTION MAMAS… THAT FIRST WALK IS SOMETHING YOU NEVER FORGET. 💔
