কাজের সারাংশ:
আমরা একজন দক্ষ সহকারী / পেস্ট্রি শেফ খুঁজছি, যিনি পেস্ট্রি শেফকে ডেজার্ট, পেস্ট্রি এবং বেকড পণ্য তৈরি এবং উপস্থাপনে সহায়তা করবেন । আদর্শ প্রার্থীর প্যাস্ট্রি শিল্পের প্রতি অনুরাগ, বিশদ বিবরণে দুর্দান্ত মনোযোগ এবং দ্রুত গতির বেকারিতে দক্ষতার সাথে কাজ করার ক্ষমতা থাকবে।

মূল দায়িত্ব:
•⁠ ⁠ পেস্ট্রি শেফের রেসিপি এবং নির্দেশাবলী অনুসারে বিভিন্ন ধরণের পেস্ট্রি, ডেজার্ট এবং বেকড পণ্য প্রস্তুত করতে সহায়তা করা ।
•⁠ সমস্ত পেস্ট্রি আইটেমের সঠিক অংশ, উপস্থাপনা এবং মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ নিশ্চিত করা ।
•⁠ খাদ্য নিরাপত্তা প্রবিধান মেনে, পরিচ্ছন্ন, সংগঠিত এবং সুস্থ কাজের পরিবেশ বজায় রাখতে সাহায্য করা।
•⁠ ইনভেন্টরি ব্যবস্থাপনাকে সমর্থন করা এবং পেস্ট্রি, ডেজার্ট, এবং বেকিং এর উপাদানগুলি সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা এবং তা দক্ষতার সাথে ব্যবহার করা। ⁠ ⁠নতুন প্যাস্ট্রি আইডিয়া এবং সিজনাল মেনু আইটেম তৈরি এবং বিকাশে সহায়তা করা ।
•⁠ অপারেশন নিশ্চিত করতে অন্যান্য কর্মীদের সাথে সহযোগিতা করা।

যোগ্যতা:

•⁠ পেস্ট্রি সহকারী হিসাবে বা অনুরূপ ভূমিকায় অভিজ্ঞতা। মৌলিক বেকিং কৌশল এবং প্যাস্ট্রি সরঞ্জামের জ্ঞান।
•⁠ শক্তিশালী সাংগঠনিক এবং সময়-ব্যবস্থাপনার দক্ষতা।

Job Title: Assistant Pastry Chef
Location: Greenforest Cafe, Rajndrapur, Gazipur
Reports To: Pastry Chef
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant Pastry Chef to support the Pastry Chef in the preparation and presentation of desserts, pastries, and baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pastry arts, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to the Pastry Chef's recipes and instructions.
• Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and quality control of all pastry items.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Support inventory management and ensure ingredients are properly stored and used efficiently.
• Assist in creating and developing new pastry ideas and seasonal menu items.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service.
Qualifications:
• Experience as a Pastry Assistant or in a similar kitchen role.
• Knowledge of basic baking techniques and pastry equipment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
