Chuti group Earns Internationally Recognized ISO 9001 : 2015 Certification Across Three Resorts.

Chuti group is proud to announce that its Quality Management System (QMS) has been audited and registered to ISO 9001:2015, the world's most widely recognized standard for quality management. The certification was issued by PDCA International Ltd. and carries international accreditation through the Accreditation Service for International Bodies (ASIB), United Kingdom.
The certification covers three of our resort properties as follows:
Chuti Resort Purbachal
Chuti Resort Pubail
Chuti Resort Gazipur
The registered scope covers the provision of resort, hospitality, accommodation, food & beverage, and recreational services. In practical terms, this means the systems and processes that shape a guest's experience, from booking and arrival to accommodation, dining, recreation and departure, are now supported by a documented and independently audited quality management framework.
A Journey that Began with a Shared Dream
On 12 December 2012, in the quiet village of Sukundi in Gazipur, a group of friends opened the doors of the first Chuti Resort, surrounded by lush green forest. They had no blueprint. Only a conviction that Bangladesh deserved a way of travelling that was joyful, affordable, and gentle on the land that made it beautiful.
Fourteen years on, that conviction has grown into a family of destinations across Gazipur, Purbachal, Pubail and beyond, welcoming two million+ guests who have made Chuti a trusted name in Bangladeshi hospitality. This certification is not the beginning of our commitment to quality; it is the formal, independent confirmation of a standard our guests have experienced for over a decade.

ISO 9001:2015 strengthens that vision by giving us a systematic way to measure what we promise, correct what falls short, and improve during the years to come.
What Certification Means in Practice:
ISO 9001:2015 is not a one-time award. Our systems will be re-examined through scheduled surveillance audits in 2027 and 2028, with the registration valid through 18 May 2029.
Certification is maintained only through sustained performance which is precisely why we pursued it.
