We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven Executive โ Sales & Reservation to lead our client acquisition efforts and manage high-level booking operations.
Role Overview
As the Executive of Sales & Reservation, you will be the bridge between our adventure services and our high-value clients. Your primary focus will be building long-term relationships with our clients to drive group bookings and large-scale event reservations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute proactive strategies to expand our client base.
Lead Generation: Identify prospects, conduct client meetings, and close deals for group bookings and corporate events.
Reservation Management: Handle the end-to-end booking process, including inquiries, customized quotations, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Operational Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure every event is executed seamlessly and meets client expectations.
Reporting & CRM: Maintain an accurate client database and prepare regular sales performance reports.
Brand Advocacy: Participate in promotional campaigns, high-level presentations, and industry networking events.
Requirements
Education: Bachelorโs degree (Business, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred).
Experience: 1โ3 years of proven experience in Sales, Hospitality, Events, or Client Servicing.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Independence: Ability to work autonomously while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Culture Fit: A genuine passion for the outdoors, adventure, or experiential travel is a major plus.
