GOODBYE

Our journey came to its end. Its been shutdown on 29th September 2022. We started back in 27th March 2015 with a custom made food cart on the street with Subway Sandwich under the open sky, rain, heat and cold. Gradually after more than a year we got a very small shop space where we could only setup the kitchen where customer had no space for indoor sitting. Allah SWT is so kind to arrange us more space within the premises where we could expand the space for interior sitting arrangement. We had to built civil structure from wall, ceiling, exterior, interior including all necessary utility from scratch. It was very tuff and challenging for us due to financial constraints. Things were going alright. One fine morning we had to encounter a fire incident due to the electrical short circuit in the eve of qurbani Eid. That was a horrible day for us. We incurred a major loss. But Allah SWT is so kind to help us building it again. Later Covid-19 and lockdown hit us again and in some point of time we were almost loosing the extended space by the influence of some cunning local businessmen who were trying to unlawfully take from us, it is the space we built the whole structre with our own cost and was rebuilt after the fire incident and we couldn't even recover our investment. Due to this pressure to keep our space safe, once again we had to redesign the whole thing during covid period, split the area in half and introduced Happy Pet Shop for Aquarium business. The impact of covid didn't allow us to grow, our struggle never ended. We fought against price hike and with high cost of overheads and inadequate sales flow. We though of bare with all these struggle and planned to reformat the whole thing again with a pure food shop with all new great ideas, but we were not very lucky as by then the space was taken over by the realestate developer. All our dreams washed away. We were only surviving to pay the costs of wages without enjoying profit. Along side, raw material price began to destabilize in such a way, we had no room to adjust the costs. Having all these difficulties we stretched out till the end without compromise with our promise to make good food with high quality raw materials and being honest.

It's been 7+ years, 7+ years of journey with a lots sweet and sour memories.

We are extremely thankful to all our customers, family and friends for their love for eatndrink and continued support.

Everything has a beginning for an end. If Allah wishes we will start again somewhere else. If not, we surrender to the will of Allah.
