Position: Call Center Executive (International)

2. 06:00AM- 12:00PM
•International Call Center, Inbound
•Night shift & Day Shift
•PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT GOOD IN ENGLISH SPEAKING.
•Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
•No sales target.
•Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
•handle customer inquiries over the phone
•manage and resolve customer complaints
•provide customers with product and service information
•process orders, forms and applications
•identify and escalate priority issues
•follow up customer calls where necessary
•document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Educational Requirements
•HSC, O Level, A Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline
•Educational background doesn't really matter for us, if you can speak English and have common-sense then apply.
•Punctuality and Regularity
•No need to apply if you are not fluent in English
•Experienced people are encouraging to apply.
•However, once you speak fluent and smart English, Tech Point BPO doesn't care your Academic Record.
•Experience in International Call Center will get preference.
